Ayant obtenu son certificat pour l’exercice de la profession en 1982<\/strong>, il adh\u00e8re en 1984<\/strong> \u00e0 The International Propeller Club – Port of Genoa<\/i> et en 1986<\/strong> \u00e0 l’Association Italienne de Droit Maritime<\/i>. Arbitre \u00e0 la Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de G\u00eanes<\/i> en 1989<\/strong> et "supporting member" de la London Maritime Arbitrators Association<\/i> depuis 1990<\/strong>, \u00e0 partir de 1996<\/strong> il est admis au patronage aupr\u00e8s de la Cour Supr\u00eame de Cassation et depuis 1999<\/strong> il fait partie du International Who’s Who of Professionals<\/i>.
